Responsibilities include controlling and coordinating maintenance activities for the continuous operation of a single facility and all equipment contained within the facility.

This experienced individual must possess a demonstrated ability to do basic carpentry and mechanical repair, good interpersonal and communication skills, and 3 years of related business experience; the fitness industry is preferred. Must also be able to understand equipment operation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, OSHA requirements, and building maintenance.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour
