The Front Desk Supervisor will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they
enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position supports front
desk operations, ensures consistent execution of company policies, and provides
leadership and training to the front desk team. Responsible for delivering excellent
customer service to our members while role-modeling the organization’s values and
culture.
Major Responsibilities
Welcomes members and guests, manages front door and retail security, and verifies
check-ins. Handles delinquent accounts and directs guests efficiently. Conducts tours,
assists with memberships, answers calls, and addresses member needs promptly.
Maintains appearance, schedules appointments, manages retail, drinks, juice bar, and
supplement sales, and ensures front desk cleanliness. Completes shift walk-throughs,
follows procedures, logs issues, reports incidents, adheres to attendance policies,
provides shift coverage, and performs additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient with computer systems and software, including CRM platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Leadership experience or potential to lead a team.
Knowledge of gym operations and membership processes is a plus.
Shift Details
Shift is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
May require additional hours and weekends as needed.
Compensation
$19/hour
